Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- To participate in the referral program, you must be at least 18 years old.
- You must complete the sign-up process to become an official partner and be accepted into the program.
2. Referral Process
- Referral commissions are earned when a referred customer makes a purchase or completes an eligible action (as specified by the company).
- You must provide a valid referral link or code to track and attribute the referred sales accurately.
3. Commission Rate
- You will earn a 10% commission on the total purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts) made by the customer referred by you.
- Commission rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the company’s payment schedule.
- Payments will be made through a designated payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), which you will need to provide when signing up.
- A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., RM50) before commissions are paid out.
5. Eligible Referrals
- A valid referral occurs when the referred customer makes a qualifying purchase using your referral link or code.
- Referred customers must not have previously made a purchase from the company.
- Referred customers must complete their transaction within a set time frame after using the referral link (typically 30-90 days).
